Returns & Refund Policy

At VLADI COMICS™, we want our customers to have a clear and transparent shopping experience.

Clothing Returns
Returns are accepted for clothing items within 10 working days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Comics, original sketches, original artworks, personalized items, and collectibles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by applicable law or if an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard clothing returns. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before returning it.

Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
